A 24 hour notice for appointment cancellations is required. Failure to show up for your  appointment will result in a $40 service fee which will be automatically added to your next visit.

For your convenience, a reminder will be sent to you 24 hours prior to your appointment. It is completely understandable that circumstances change and emergencies arise, but if you are unable to keep your appointment time, it is appreciated that you call to cancel your appointment as soon as possible. This allows other customers to take advantage of a time slot that opens up.

Adjustments on Haircuts and colors

Sometimes you get home and something isn't laying quite like you prefer and you didn't catch it when you were in the salon. It happens, and that's ok! Any adjustments to a cut or color are honored with no charge as long as it is within  7 days from your visit. Please don't hesitate to contact me, I want you to be 100% happy with your service!
